Larry Siegler of The Peterson Group recently presented information on two projects to the Hancock County Council.
A $9 million expansion of a building on CR 700 will add 351,000 square feet and 24 new jobs.
Indiana Becknell is building a new building for Spectra Industries on CR 300 N in Alliance Park. The $25 million investment will add 535,800 square feet and retain 260 jobs that pay an average of $18 per hour. According to HEDC, this will amount to $2.9 million in real estate taxes over the next ten years. The group also went before the Redevelopment Commission.
