Landsberg breaks ground

Becknell photo_Landsberg ground breaking_webHancock County – Landsberg Orora representatives, development partners, and Hancock Economic Development Council gathered to celebrate the ground breaking of Landsberg –  in Greenfield, Indiana.

Larry Siegler, The Peterson Company, kicked off the ceremony by welcoming and thanking everyone for attending.

Landsberg will construct a 100,000sf facility at a site in Alliance Park, near county roads 200 N and 700 W.

Many local organizations and government leaders played a role in developing this project.  Some of the partners in the project include: Indiana Economic Development Corporation, Hancock County Commissioners, Hancock County Council, The Peterson Company, Becknell Industrial, Colliers International, Hancock Economic Development Council.

Landsberg Orora, an international company that produces specialty packaging for food and other products. Kent Landsberg founded the company in 1947, which has grown to include 55 locations across North America, Europe and Asia.
