BARR NORTH, on West New Road less than two miles from Interstate 70, has 96 acres ready for development. The park offers new facilities excess available capacity of 500,000 gallons of water and 350,000 gallons of wastewater. It’s served by a 12.47-kV electric line, high-pressure natural gas lines, and broadband fiber with speeds of up to 100 gigabits.

BARR SOUTH, just south of Barr North, offers up to 32 acres for development. Like its neighbor to the north, it provides excess available capacity of 500,000 gallons of water and 350,000 gallons of wastewater. It’s served by a 12.47-kV electric line, high-pressure natural gas lines, and broadband fiber with speeds of up to 100 gigabits.

EASTPOINT/I-70 & MT. COMFORT AIR PARK EAST, along Interstate 70, is a master-planned business park with 78 acres available. Adjacent to Indianapolis Regional Airport and just minutes from I-65, I-69, I-74, I-465, and U.S. 40, this park is perfect for distribution and warehousing, as well as manufacturing, R&D, and flex office applications. Current facilities include Tsuda USA and University Loft’s headquarters. Indiana’s White River Watershed has an available yield of up to 336 million gallons/day, and Citizens Energy Water, which serves the park, can treat up to 252 MGD. Served by a 12.47-kV electric line, the park also has broadband fiber with speeds of up to 100 gigabits, high-pressure natural gas lines, and 350,000 gallons of excess wastewater treatment capacity.

PROGRESS PARK, at the intersection of Interstate 70 and Indiana 9, offers two sites: 22.38 acres and 15.44 acres. Adjacent to Elanco Animal Health’s global headquarters and BWI-BeijingWest Industries, it provides excess available capacity of 500,000 gallons of water and 350,000 gallons of wastewater. It’s served by a 12.47-kV electric line, high-pressure natural gas lines, and broadband fiber with speeds of up to 100 gigabits.
