The Opus Group joins HEDC

The Hancock Economic Development Council welcomes The Opus Group to its membership.

The Opus Group is a family of commercial real estate development, construction and design companies headquartered in Minneapolis with offices and projects across the country. It will be represented on the HEDC by Alex Vulic, Vice President of Real Estate Development for The Opus Group’s Indianapolis office.

The Opus Group operates as a multidisciplinary team with proficiency in development, capital markets and finance; project management and construction; and architecture and engineering. Its areas of expertise include:

The Opus Group developed, designed and built Point 70 Logistics Center near I-70 in western Hancock County. The development includes a build-to-suit and speculative industrial buildings. The build-to-suit for Simply Good Foods totals 862,000 square feet and was completed in September 2021. The speculative buildings span 802,907 square feet and 298,823 square feet, respectively.
